The MC30 A cooker stretcher has been designed
for the cooking and stretching of products with medium and
low humidity content such as fiordilatte, caciocavallo
and provolone.
It's possible to modify product water content with appropriate
water stretcher drainage.
It's the ideal solution not only for small producers but, thanks to
the possibilities of diversifying the product it enable to
satisfy the demand of typical products, according to the needs of
the most demanding customers.
The required quantities of milled curd and hot water
are put into the cooking vat. The operator starts then the
kneading tools, adjust their speed and adjust the inclination
degree of the vat. The action of the paddles and the hot
water outlet, controls the vat lifting so to outlet the mass into
the hopper of the moulding machine to go ahead with
the production. During the moulding phase it's possible to start with
the subsequent cycle.
The MC30 A is composed
by:
- Cooking and stretching vat.
- Two paddles with adjustable speed drive.
- Device for lifting and tilting the vat, in order to unload
the cooked flow into the moulding machine hopper.
- Outlet valves for the cooking water.
- Electric control panel. Possible

- Paddless speed.
- Paddles rotation sens.
- Inclination degree of the vat during the cooking.
Variants:
- MC30 A for mass from 15 to 30 kg for cycle.
- MC50 A for mass from 30 to 60 kg for cycle.
- MC100 A for mass from 60 to 100 kg for cycle.
The time for 1 cylce is from 10 to 20 minutes depending
on the charateristics of the producs. Construction:
Manufactured entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, internal
surfaces coated with TEFLON (PTFE Du Pont) anti-adherent. Hygiene
is assured by direct visual inspection of all machine parts and by
easy washing. On Your request, version with C.I.P.
washing.
