The curd cutter MC03 P cut the curd
blocks for the subsequent phase of cooking and stretching.
MC03 P is composed by a vertical cylindrical hopper divided in compartments, with capacity for containing up to 50 kg of curd. It may be installed on support feet or directly on cooker stretcher machine. On your request a timer pause/work can be installed for constant feeding of cooker stretcher. Motor controls and timer adjustment controls may be installed on indipendent electric panel or on cooker stretcher panel. Curd blocks are put into the two compartments of cylindrical hopper. Starting curd cutter the internal disc cut the blocks and the product fall down from the opening on the bottom. The product may be collected into a food container or unload into cooker stretcher vat or dosing feeder MC23. The MC03 P is composed by: - Vertical cylindrical hopper divided into compartments. - Electric motor with elastic joint. - Stainless steel AISI 304 disc teflon coated with knifes. - Support frame. - Electrical control panel (on feet version). Possible adjustements: - Slice thickness (by adjusting the distance between the blade disc and the blades themselves). - Pause and cutting time.
