The MC02 MAXI moulder has been designed
for moulding and portioning soft products with high humidity
content such as buffalo milk mozzarella and fiordilatte.
It's also possibile to get harder products and mozzarella
for pizza with appropriate inclination of machine body.
Moulding is extremely delicate to keep the original product
softness and to assure a precise portioning.
The MC02 MAXI moulder is composed by:
- Load hopper.
- Double extrusion duct with heated cavity.
- Two removable feed screws with adjustable speed.
- Alluminium or polyethylene moulding head (on Your request).
- Electrical controls panel. Possible
adjustements:
- Feed screw speed.
- Moulding head rotation speed.
- Temperature of extrusion duct cavity.
- Servo-assisted inclination with security stoppage.
- Pieces couter for hour production control. Range
of moulding head:
- Spherical mozzarella from 1 to 650 gr.
- Cylindrical filone for pizza from 5 to 1.500 gr.
- Scamorza from 100 to 350 gr.

Manufactured entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, internal
surfaces coated with TEFLON (PTFE Du Pont) anti-adherent. Hygiene
is assured by direct visual inspection of all machine parts and by
easy washing. On Your request, version with C.I.P.
washing.
