What we do
Mailca s.r.l. manufactures machines to extract oil mechanically called PRESSING machines and machines devoted to the esterification of vegetal oil and animal fat called ESTERIFICATION machines envisaging the following capacity and models: - PRESSING machines: from 9 l/h to 160 l/h, capable of pressing any kind of oleaginous seed with a minimum oil content amounting to 5% of the weight. - ESTERIFICATION machines: from 50 l/h to 500 l/h, esterification of any kind of vegetal oil or fluid fat with 3% maximum moisture. Our machine lines may be composed of a number of machines connected in series or parallel and include both vegetal oil pressing plants and plant for the direct esterification of the oil produced. In this case, four product types are obtained: vegetal oil, flour and pellets for animal feeding or combustion purposes, methyl-ester or bio-diesel and glycerol. |
